The Role
We are looking for an Operations Officer to support internal workflows, coordination, and process consistency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor internal workflows and track live cases
- Coordinate documentation between clients and internal teams
- Maintain CRM and internal records
- Support reporting and operational consistency
- Identify workflow gaps and escalate where necessary
Candidate Profile
We are seeking someone with:
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workflows
- Experience in operations, administration, or coordination preferred
