The Role

We are looking for an Operations Officer to support internal workflows, coordination, and process consistency across the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor internal workflows and track live cases
  2. Coordinate documentation between clients and internal teams
  3. Maintain CRM and internal records
  4. Support reporting and operational consistency
  5. Identify workflow gaps and escalate where necessary

 

Candidate Profile

We are seeking someone with:

  1. Strong organizational skills
  2. High attention to detail
  3. Ability to manage multiple workflows
  4. Experience in operations, administration, or coordination preferred
