Black Vault Partners is looking for commercially minded individuals to join the business as Commercial Capital Consultants. This is a front-end revenue role focused on originating opportunities, building relationships, and supporting clients through the commercial finance process. The role is suited to individuals who are confident in networking, client handling, and developing pipelines in a professional finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and originate commercial finance opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with introducers, brokers, agents, accountants, and business owners
Engage with clients to understand their funding needs and objectives
Gather relevant information required to progress finance cases
Work closely with internal teams to support deal progression
Maintain accurate CRM records and case updates
Represent Black Vault Partners in a professional and commercially credible manner
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing environments
Self-discipline, accountability, and initiative
A professional standard of written and verbal communication
Experience in finance, sales, lending, property, or business development is preferred but not essential
